Summary: We stayed for 2 night. It was handy location with train station and town centre. The luggage storage was very helpful with early and late flight.

Summary: The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep and there is an in-unit washer/dryer included. However we're were only there for a one night stay so we didn't use it. There were a lot of amenities included and available for replacement in their supply closet (coffee pods, tea bags, linens, towels, paper towers, etc.). My sole complaint is that the code that they sent to each person did not work for our party. We were forced to wait for someone to coming out to admit us into the main lobby. We were told that since we were there before 0800, the code hasn't activated yet and it would do so once it was pass 0800. We had tried again after 0800 and the code still didn't work. We had to reach out to both the in-house manager and IT on whatsapp for tech support and even then it took almost 4 hours and 3 codes to resolve the issue. We were not the only guests with this complaint, it might help the guests better if the hotel were put forth more information on how to resolves these issues without the long hours of troubleshooting. All in all, 10/10 recommended for introverts, but as a hotel providing hospitality services, it still highly recommended to have a living person manning the front lobby for troubleshooting issues.

Summary: Yays is conveniently located. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby. The amenities were an additional bonus. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this place.

Summary: Amazing location. Very clean. Gave more than just one sachet of salt and pepper and they provided proper English breakfast tea and milk. Would definitely stay again. Very comfy bed and spacious apartment. Close to amenities.

Summary: Nice big convenient apartment with washing machine ( which does not dry well although it is a combo machine) and kitchen. Bed and sofa bed. Well located. The breakfast box can almost feed you all day, there is so much stuff in there. The only hiccup is difficult communication. A bot answers inquiries but never got an agent to get back to us on questions about the apartment ( this is a self check in type place, no hotel management interaction).
